Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements from Product Manager / Owners into epics, business and technical stories Conduct current state analysis, and to-be impact analysis Collaborate with technologists to drive, implement and deploy delivery within an Agile framework Work using Behavioural Driven Development process and assist automation of Testing practice Lead requirements workshops and presenting prototypes in demo sessions. Participating in agile ceremonies (stand-up, planning, reviews) Uphold work ethos and principles established in BA community for the program. Proactively work with BA lead to propose framework improvements and challenge status quo Data analysis, mapping and modelling Maintain full and up-to-date understanding of the Business & IT strategy, current practices and system capabilities Core Skills Required: Strong experience in data analysis, business analysis, process design either in AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC-CDD, Fraud or any other regulatory compliance areas in banking/capital markets. Experience in functional analysis and design, utilizing different methodologies i.e., Use Cases, Business Process Modelling within Agile Project environment. Requirements elicitation, functional design, and problem-solving skills – structured, formal approach to analysis tasks Involvement in a full project lifecycle: documentation of requirements, development and implementation, test management, release planning, go-live and user-support.
