Role Description

Manage diverse iterations of sprint tasks and resources.

• Facilitate and lead sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and planning meetings
• Strong skills and knowledge of Agile facilitation, continuous improvement and measuring success
• Take ressposibility for business change in Agile environments.
• Working closely with the product owner to challenge deliverable status, anticipate blockers, remove blockers and maintain the backlog
  Identify and engage with the right stakeholders to mitigate unexpected issues.

Qualifications

Practitioner certification

Required Experience

• Knowledge of Scrum, and Kanban, can apply Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to collaborate/support technical experts
• Agile project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops or the Atlassian suite of products such as Jira, Confluence
• Delivering cross multi-disciplinary projects and working in cross-functional delivery teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple disciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Strong technical background and/or understanding, with the ability to understand the work being delivered
• Experience of planning and managing a team using Jira (admin of workflows, tickets, reporting)

  Proven experience of managing teams using agile practices and values.
• Coaching team members in agile practices and values to ensure best practice
  Experience of identifying and removing impediments to delivery
